Each shutter is hand built utilizing a unique process that combines old world craftsmanship with cutting edge technology to offer precision design and consistent quality control. The Smooth Basswood Shutter comes in 720 painted colors and 17 stains.  It has a lifetime warranty on the shutter, a 10 year warranty on the finish and has a 6 to 8 week delivery. 

Our Composite shutters are handcrafted medium-density fiberboard with a durable finish. They display wood characteristics at a very economical price. They are stain and fade resistant. They also withstand high temperatures without surrendering to warping.
Our Composite shutters are structurally superior construction and will withstand stress over time.  They come standard with discreet magnet placement and solid core louvers.  They are extremely energy efficient with an R- Value of 4.6 and have a limited lifetime warranty.

Our Polycore profiles are the only aluminum reinforced shutter components available in the world today.  After nearly six years of research and development, this co-extrusion process was perfected allowing aluminum reinforced shutter components to be fabricated into shutter panels.
Our Polycore shutters have a conveniently located tilt rod on the outside of the shutter that provides easy access to light control and privacy. The self-tensioned louver pins eliminate the need for tension screws and constant adjustment. A removable pin in the two-part hinge makes removing panels from the frame effortless.
The components are finished with a state of the art baked on water borne paint. This ensures the shutter finish will never warp, crack, chip, or peel.
Our Polycore Shutters are moisture and UV resistant, making them impervious to the elements. Never again will you have to worry about the damaging effects of humidity, heat, or the sun. Finally, the innovative aluminum core provides unprecedented strength and durability that allows our panels to be safely fabricated at up to 36” wide for an unparalleled viewing area.
